The role involves meticulous attention to detail to ensure error-free documentation and the cultivation of positive relationships with government departments
across different hierarchical levels.
Key Responsibilities include:
Regulatory Compliance:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of regulatory requirements for Products.
Develop and implement a strategic plan to secure necessary approvals and registrations within specified time constraints.
Documentation Management:
Oversee the preparation of error-free documentation, including product specifications, safety data, compliance reports, and other required information.
Implement robust document control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Multi-Department Coordination:
Facilitate seamless coordination between internal departments to gather required information for approvals.
Engage with external regulatory consultants and legal experts to ensure a thorough understanding of compliance requirements.
Timely Submission and Follow-ups:
Ensure timely submission of applications to all relevant government departments in metro cities and major state capitals.
Establish a follow-up mechanism to track the progress of each application and respond promptly to any queries.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials across hierarchical levels.
