Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive our New Sales Growth efforts. The role entails working with the Leadership team at MathCo to define and operationalize critical strategies. In addition, the role would entail opening new doors with Global Enterprises and Senior Executives. The ideal candidate should have a Strong GTM experience and ability to lead multiple teams & initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
As a Business Development Lead, you will be leading the Inside sales team to drive Growth in our New Sales Business line.
As a Business Development Lead, your role will entail:
- Defining and alignment of GTM strategy with MathCo leadership.
- Lead the inside sales teams to operationalize the strategies with impeccable execution.
- Proactively drive the measurement and reporting operations to identify key trends, patterns etc.
- Collaborating with Onsite commercial teams, Technical solutioning teams and Growth marketing teams to drive alignment.
- Fostering a collaborative environment by mentoring team members, promoting continuous learning, and instilling an innovation culture.
- Ability to drive research and identify potential market opportunities.
- Demonstrating exceptional proficiency in business communication and persuasion, effectively influencing key decision-makers with the advantages stemming from our Data Science solutions.
Skills Required
- Experience in driving GTM Strategies and teams
- Ability to program manage multiple growth initiatives
- Expertise in process design and measurement
- Ability to set high standards in reporting and revenue management
- Ability to manage teams and foster growth.
Preferred Qualification
- Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree with strong experience in Data and Analytics, AI sales.
