About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team and help drive new opportunities for growth. This role requires a dynamic individual who can identify and develop strategic partnerships, conduct market research, and work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and potential clientsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsDevelop a strategic sales plan including outreach, direct marketing, and participation in industry eventsCreate compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and client satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications:4+ years in brand partnerships and business development, ideally at a digital or influencer marketing agencyStrong analytical skills and experience with lead generationProficiency in influencer or digital marketing is a plusAbility to analyze data, spot trends, and develop data-driven strategiesExcellent organizational and time management skills
