About the Role:
Our client, a leading player in the digital marketing space, is looking for a driven Telemarketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and securing meetings with potential clients. This role is target-based, requiring the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's digital marketing services and identify opportunities for sales.
Qualify leads and gather information about their needs and current marketing strategies.
Set appointments for the sales team by effectively presenting the company's value proposition and securing interest from potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide relevant and compelling information to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships over the phone.
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
