Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hub Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Hub Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the logistics hub, manage warehousing activities, coordinate supply chain operations, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves team management, monitoring inventory levels, optimizing processes, and liaising with clients to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and warehousing operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and software
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in handling large-scale logistics operations is a plus
