Position: Project Officer
Location: Thane, Maharashtra, India
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting exclusively.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review design drawings as project deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Generate comprehensive documents required for project execution, adhering to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of relevant design guidelines and statutory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical engineering projects.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the successful execution of engineering projects.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies, and deliverables.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex engineering challenges and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and precision in all aspects of work.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices, regulations, and standards.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all professional interactions.
