We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on CSM, OM, and data migration to join our dynamic team.Why You’ll Love This RoleWork on cutting-edge ServiceNow initiatives that shape enterprise processes.Collaborate with global experts in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Enjoy the flexibility of a remote role with long-term stability.What You’ll DoDrive data migration from external tools to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Partner with SMEs to define data mappings and functional requirements.Provide best-practice guidance on CSM/OM data models and their impact on processes.Manage large-scale data extractions and transformations into ServiceNow formats.Handle all data objects within CSM/OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts).What We’re Looking For6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.Strong knowledge of:CSM (Case Management, CSM Portal)Order Management (ServiceNow or similar tools)ServiceNow Platform & CSDMData Mapping, Data Models, API IntegrationFamiliarity with ITIL , Agile SCRUM , and large transformation projects.Bonus: Experience with CSM/OM best practices and impact analysis .
