Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD) and functional requirements (FRD).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and product teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Prepare and manage RFPs/RFIs by working closely with sales and technical teams to craft comprehensive responses and proposals.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including user stories, process flow diagrams, and system architecture overviews.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
• Support Transaction Monitoring System implementations and ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech domain.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and ensure industry best practices.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders and senior management.
• AWS knowledge is a plus – assist in designing cloud-based solutions if applicable.
Desired Skills
• Strong expertise in business analysis processes, including BRD, FRD, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI preparation and proposal management.
• Solid understanding of the fintech domain, particularly in Transaction Monitoring Systems.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional
teams effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• AWS knowledge (good to have): Familiarity with services like S3, EC2, or Lambda.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
collaboratively across business and technical teams.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
