Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Sr. BI Analyst/Developer with 5+ years of work experience to join our dynamic team dedicated to transforming personal finance solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for mining complex data sets, designing interactive dashboards, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. Proven skills in Power BI will be critical in visualizing data and delivering findings to various stakeholders.
Job Description :
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to support reporting and analytics.
- Utilize various data mining techniques (e.g., clustering, regression, classification) to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to evaluate business performance and customer behaviour.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive business intelligence framework that includes data sources, data models, and reporting processes.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and analysis procedures to support transparency and reproducibility of findings.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a BI Analyst/Developer, preferably in the banking or fintech sectors.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and report design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
