Job Description

Oracle Solution Architect

Our Local Client immediately needs an Oracle Solution Architect with experience in Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM Fusion Cloud. You will be leading a team of Business Systems Analysts responsible for Oracle Fusion applications. 

 

Direct Hire - Hybrid

 

·         Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing applications.

·         Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, provide strategic guidance, and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Fusion technologies.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, project managers and Oracle CAB, CSM, COE and others to deliver successful outcomes.

·         Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills.    

·         Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions using Oracle Fusion applications.

·         In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications suite, including modules such as Finance, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, etc.

·         Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion applications.  

·         Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, data model, and integration capabilities.

·         Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools such as Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, etc.

·         Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, methodologies, and best practices is essential for long-term success in this role.


Requirements Education/Training

·         Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, business administration or related field.

·         Proven experience (10+ years) as a functional or technical Solution Architect, with a focus on Oracle Fusion applications.

·         Previous experience in roles such as business analyst, functional consultant, or similar positions within Oracle Fusion projects.

·         Experience leading or participating in full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

·         Oracle Cloud certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect, Oracle Cloud Platform Functional Consultant, etc. is a plus.

·         Oracle Fusion Applications certifications such as Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management is a plus.  


Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering/Information Systems, or related field required. · 5+ years in a business analysis environment, focusing on Oracle Fusion applications. · Oracle Cloud Certification in related to area of expertise and modules is a plus. · Proficiency in databases, Excel, HCM Extract, BI Reports including RTF, eText and Excel Template, and XSL and OTBI reports. · Excellent experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and File Based Data Import (FBDI). · Expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM design studio, and customization of the global data model for the HCM Extracts and Bursting logic. · Excellent functional knowledge in setting up lookups, values set, work structures, area of responsibility, personalization, Business Process Management (BPM), approval, and configurations. · Exceptional experience with REST API, SOAP, Web Services, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Page Configurator · Expertise with bi-directional interfaces for ERP, SCM, HCM and EPM. · Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
