If so, look no further – we have an exciting opportunity that might just be tailor-made for you Currently, EG's Group Legal & Compliance department consists of 16 employees located in Nordic countries and in India. As a part of EG's legal department, you will handle matters within a wide range of legal areas and collaborate with various stakeholders to solve problems and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. We handle a variety of legal issues related to a software business, including: Manage the different mailboxes pertaining to Group Legal and Compliance (GL&C) Manage the systems (DocuSign, Ubivox, ZenGRC etc.,) Assist GL&C with various ongoing audits, presentations, signature process etc., Managing Calendars, events, travel and related aspects of GL&C GL&C record retention management Miscellaneous support to GL&C as and when required. You are the ideal candidate if you: Hold a degree in any discipline (Pref. Arts and Commerce background). Proficiency in MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.,) Experience in working with systems like DocuSign, Salesforce or similar systems Have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience working in MNC or Law firm or Global Capability Centre. Proactive team player who is comfortable taking ownership of assignments. Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines and time management. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, particularly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement is highly valued. Are business-oriented, service-minded, and willing to go the extra mile when necessary. Are a structured, detail-oriented individual with a hands-on approach and excel in cross-organizational communication. Have fluency in English, both written and spoken. What can you expect from us ?
