Job Description Experience: 8-10 Years Location: Noida Role Overview: As a Database Administrator, you will design, implement, and maintain secure, high-availability databases powering our AI-driven platforms and industry solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product, and data science teams to optimize complex datasets, ensure compliance, and support agile innovation for mission-critical financial applications. Key Responsibilities: ⦁ Design, install, configure, and upgrade SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.) to support AI and analytics workloads. ⦁ Ensure data security, strong access control, regular backups, and robust disaster recovery protocols, with attention to sensitive financial data. ⦁ Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot database performance to meet demanding SLAs in real-time financial and compliance environments. ⦁ Collaborate with developers and AI/ML engineers on schema design, data migrations, ETL pipelines, and support for GenAI/RAG workloads. ⦁ Maintain audit logs, support regulatory compliance (GDPR, RBI, etc.), and prepare for internal/external data reviews. ⦁ Automate routine operational tasks and document best practices, controls, and recovery processes. ⦁ Participate in incident response and on-call rotations for critical database issues. Qualifications: ⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ⦁ 5+ years managing enterprise relational and/or NoSQL databases in production. ⦁ Experience with database performance tuning, security, scripting/automation, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). ⦁ Working knowledge of backup/recovery strategies, database migrations, and high-availability configurations. ⦁ Bonus: Familiarity with data governance in AI/ML workflows, large language model (LLM) storage, or supporting financial services data needs.
