Movate - End User Computing Architect

Job Summary :
As an End User Computing (EUC) Architect, will design and implement strategies and solutions to optimize the end-user computing environment, ensuring that it aligns with business needs and IT objectives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, evaluating emerging technologies, and driving initiatives to enhance user experience and productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architectural Design : Develop and maintain the EUC architecture framework, including virtual desktops, application virtualization, and endpoint management solutions.
- Solution Implementation : Lead the design and deployment of end-user computing solutions, including VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), DaaS (Desktop as a Service), and unified endpoint management systems.
- Technology Evaluation : Assess and recommend new technologies and solutions that improve end-user productivity and IT efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with IT teams, business units, and vendors to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of EUC projects.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor and analyze the performance of end-user computing environments. Identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Security and Compliance : Ensure that end-user computing solutions comply with organizational security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement measures to safeguard data and protect against security threats.
- Documentation and Training : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for EUC solutions, including architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and user manuals. Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users as needed.
- Digital Workplace Expertise : Design and implement strategic solutions to optimize the digital workplace environment, enhancing productivity, collaboration, and user experience across the organization while driving automation to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions.
