Job Purpose: To oversee shift operational activities by planning for the resources in advance and to meet the targets by managing the shift in terms of production, quality, delivery, technical and safety.
To ensure proper data management and data analysis to facilitate the department head / other team members to take technical decisions accordingly.
Responsible for managing and supervising the sintering process, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Lead a team of operators and Associates, oversee equipment operation, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize plant performance.
To participate actively and support team with technical knowledge and expertise for other areas as and when required.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Sinter Plant Process Technology
* HSE
* Maintain Sinter quality
* Energy parameters
Functional Skills:
1. Maintaining Sinter Quantity and Quality
2. Quality of Raw materials
3. Knowledge of Sintering process and system, Various Raw Material value added process knowledge of Quality parameters for input Materials and sinter.
4. Raw Material Yard inspection
5. Availability of Resources like loaders, bobcat, JCB, Lime Bulkers,
6. Raw Material Management.
7. Follow WPS procedure strictly,
8. Should have knowledge of Crushing, weigh scales, ID Fans, Blowers and Conveyors.
