The
Yudh-Nashean-Virudh (War Against Drugs)
is a state-level initiative of the
Government of Punjab
dedicated to strengthening the substance use response system through capacity building, evidence-based practice, and strategic support. Designed to act as a central hub for knowledge, guidance, and innovation, Yudh-Nashean-Virudh provides technical expertise, training, and operational support to both frontline and backend professionals involved in drug prevention care.
We are seeking individuals with strong leadership, programmatic, and communication expertise who can contribute to shaping a drug-free Punjab.
Role
: Program Manager (Data Intelligence cum Technical Support Centre)
Key
Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Government Coordination
MIS & Data Intelligence
Capacity Building & Field Enablement
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Strategic Partnerships Management
Any other task as per Program requirements.
Qualifications
● Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field or B. Tech. with diploma/certificate course in Management Consulting. PhD in relevant fields is desirable.
● Minimum 7 years of experience in program implementation, preferably in public administration, public health, governance, or digital public infrastructure, community engagement and IEC.
● Must have prior experience in working with government departments
● Knowledge of MIS platforms and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).
● Strong understanding of public systems and data governance frameworks.
● Experience in managing teams and technical support centres is desirable.
● Knowledge of Punjab's health, education, and social welfare systems.
● Fluency in English and Hindi is essential, and knowledge of Punjabi is desirable
Remuneration
: Based on Experience and last drawn salary, in any case not going to exceed
