We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with prior experience in construction chemicals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of products in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction chemicals segment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and dealers.
  • Promote products such as paints, waterproofing solutions, admixtures, and other construction chemicals.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to clients.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports for management review.

Industry Preference:

Candidates with experience in construction chemicals will be preferred. Companies of interest include Sika, Fosroc, Pidilite, Berger, Asian Paints, MYK, and similar organizations.

Required Skills:

  • Proven sales experience in the construction chemicals industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
