Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in the Indore region.
  • Meet potential customers and present company products/services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Gather market insights and competitor information to strategize sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and daily reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork across Indore.
  • Proficiency in local language (Hindi) and basic English.
