
Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in the Indore region.
- Meet potential customers and present company products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Gather market insights and competitor information to strategize sales.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and daily reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork across Indore.
- Proficiency in local language (Hindi) and basic English.
