Role Summary
We are looking for a multi-skilled E-Commerce, Inventory & Visual Ops Executive to join Zarkha.com, a women’s wear fashion portal. This role blends online catalogue curation, offline inventory management, creative visual support (Web banners/posters), billing operations, and returns reconciliation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with both digital tasks and offline processes, and passionate about fashion
Key Responsibilities
  • Catalogue Management (E-Commerce): Curate, upload, and maintain Zarkha’s online product catalogue with accurate details, high-quality images, and proper categorization. Ensure products are correctly tagged, labeled, and classified by category, season, and occasion for smooth navigation and campaign readiness.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Track and update inventory, manage inward/outward movement, and reconcile online and offline stock levels.
  • Visual Operations: Create and coordinate web banners, social media creatives, and posters to support promotions and campaigns.
  • Billing & POS: Manage offline billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and smooth customer transactions.
  • Returns & Stock Reconciliation: Handle product returns/exchanges and update stock records to maintain accuracy.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to keep catalogue, inventory, and visuals aligned with ongoing campaigns.
  • Data & Reporting: Generate regular reports on stock status, sales performance, and campaign visuals for management insights.
Skills & Requirements
  • Prior experience in E-Commerce operations, catalogue management, or inventory handling preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Must be comfortable using design tools (e.g., Canva/Photoshop/Corel) for creating web banners or posters?
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and an interest in fashion/e-commerce.
  • Comfortable handling both online tasks and offline store support.
Preferred
  • Experience with inventory management or POS systems (Tally or similar )
  • Background in apparel or lifestyle e-commerce
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for minor catalogue tweaks
Work Location & Schedule
  • Location: Zarkha, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
  • Schedule: 6 days a week (Tuesday – Sunday)
  • Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
