Job Description: Senior React.js Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced React.js Frontend Developer with 7+ years of professional experience in developing and maintaining robust web applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting clean, efficient, and scalable code and will play a key role in mentoring junior developers, setting coding standards, and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide junior React.js developers to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality deliverables.- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to develop and implement intuitive user interfaces.- Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.- Suggest and implement industry best practices to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability of applications.- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in frontend development to continuously improve team capabilities.- Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, and effort estimation.- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in React.js and modern frontend development.- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.- Proficient in state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or MobX.- Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development practices.- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors like SASS/LESS.- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with third-party libraries.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), and debugging tools.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex frontend issues.- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js.- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design tools like Figma or Sketch.- Experience working in Agile development environments.
