Job Description: Senior React.js Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced

React.js Frontend Developer

with 7+ years of professional experience in developing and maintaining robust web applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting clean, efficient, and scalable code and will play a key role in mentoring junior developers, setting coding standards, and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Mentor and guide junior React.js developers to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality deliverables.Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to develop and implement intuitive user interfaces.Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.Suggest and implement industry best practices to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability of applications.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in frontend development to continuously improve team capabilities.Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, and effort estimation.Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Qualifications :

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in

React.js

and modern frontend development.Strong understanding of

JavaScript/TypeScript , ES6+, and frontend build tools such as

Webpack, Babel, or Vite .Proficient in state management libraries like

Redux ,

Context API , or

MobX .Experience with version control systems like

Git

and collaborative development practices.Strong knowledge of

HTML5, CSS3 , and CSS preprocessors like

SASS/LESS .Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with third-party libraries.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), and debugging tools.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex frontend issues.Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks like

Next.js .Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design tools like

Figma

or

Sketch .Experience working in Agile development environments.Location : Remote
