Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to architect and drive a world-class recruitment function. This leadership role requires a visionary with deep expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding, coupled with a strong ability to attract and retain top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing global hiring strategies, enhancing recruitment processes, and fostering a culture of excellence in talent acquisition to support the organization's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Global Recruitment Operations: Spearhead global recruitment operations, ensuring the seamless execution of scalable and efficient hiring processes.
  • Talent Acquisition Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Talent Acquisition (TA) team across India and the US.
  • Innovation in Recruitment: Drive innovation in recruitment through advanced sourcing techniques, AI-driven talent analytics, and automation.
  • Partnerships and Employer Branding: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to anticipate talent needs and design a proactive hiring roadmap. Strengthen employer brand positioning through targeted recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring an inclusive and equitable hiring process.
  • Executive Hiring: Lead executive and leadership hiring, securing best-in-class industry professionals to drive organizational excellence.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with business expansion goals.
  • High-Volume Recruitment: Direct high-volume recruitment initiatives while simultaneously executing targeted strategies for niche roles.

Key Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of 15 to 18 years in leading and scaling global talent acquisition teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, employer branding, and workforce planning.
  • Search and Strategy: Strong background in executive search, leadership hiring, and talent strategy development.
  • Talent Market Insights: In-depth knowledge of DEI hiring, talent market trends, and data-driven recruitment insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS platforms, HR analytics, AI-driven hiring solutions, and recruitment automation tools.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Adaptability and Execution: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
