Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to help the organization identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights for business strategy and decision-making.
  • Prepare market research reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product/service offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Forecast market trends and potential opportunities to support strategic planning.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and survey responses to improve product and service positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of research methodologies, survey tools, and market intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and business recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B/technology/AV industry will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools like SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
