Job Overview We are seeking a Relationship Executive based in Thrissur to join our dedicated team at Sai Service Pvt Ltd. This full-time, mid-level position is ideal for candidates with up to 6 years of work experience, specifically in roles requiring strong customer relationship management within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering new relationships. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in customer relationship management, particularly within the automotive sales sector. Strong expertise in automotive sales strategies and executing effective sales plans. Ability to generate and manage leads effectively, contributing to the companys sales pipeline. Proficient in retaining and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business. In-depth product knowledge to guide and inform customers about various automotive options. Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and information effectively with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. Ability to adapt to and utilize CRM tools and software for tracking and managing customer relationships. Roles and Responsibilities Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and engagement. Identify potential customers and facilitate the lead generation process to boost sales opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and provide insightful explanations to address client queries. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and plans to meet sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to enhance their experience. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest actionable insights and improvements. Prepare and deliver reports on customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
