Train Product Manager

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will also contribute to definition and updates of the Goals & Targets (OKRs).
ART Management:
Lead the Agile Release Train (ART), coordinating with multiple Agile teams to ensure synchronized planning, development, delivery of product increments as well as System Demos ceremonies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Release Train Engineer, System Architect, Product Owners, Product Managers, UX/UI, Product Marketing Managers, and Sales, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations. Define Solution Intent in collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across all ART assets & activities.
Backlog Management:
Oversee the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy and release timelines.
Program Increment (PI) Planning:
Facilitate PI planning sessions, setting clear objectives, and ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common Goals & Targets.
Performance Metrics:
With Release Train Engineer, establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and ART effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement in product development processes, leveraging feedback, retrospectives and data to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, in an Agile environment, preferably within the travel or technology industry.
Agile Expertise:
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile Release Trains (ART) or large-scale Agile transformations.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Change Management:
Effective management and implementation of organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
Analytical Thinking:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Customer Focus:
Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
