We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Consultant - COOs Office. The ideal candidate will have 1- 2 years of experience in Big 4 consultancies or possess 1 year of work experience coupled with an MBA from a tier 2 college. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of challenges and operational processes across the organization.
Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Create department and business KPIs along with mechanisms to track and improve them.
Conduct desk research, primary research, and global surveys to gather and analyze data.
Perform sentiment analysis and engage with experts to derive valuable insights.
Assist in report writing, data processing, and data visualization tasks.
Support spreadsheet engineering, process digitization, and document digitization initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards to represent data effectively.
Ensure timely delivery of high- quality work, accommodating client requests around the clock.
Cater to our offerings under the capability line of Research & Data ( with teams to develop customized solutions, necessary systems & processes, and action plans for internal and external projects.
Requirements:
1- 2 years of experience in a consulting role at MBB/Big 4 firms or 1 year of relevant work experience with an MBA
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis.
Experience with data processing, spreadsheet engineering, and dashboarding tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a high- pressure, fast- paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Must be available to join within 15 days or immediately.
