DESIRED SKILL:PrimaryGood knowledge about Payroll Processing – Structuring the salaries and processing the salaryGood knowledge of PF, ESI, LWF and statutory compliancesKnowledge of income payroll related tax knowledgeWorking knowledge of Ex-Pat SalaryReviewing the work of the team membersResponsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payrollVerification and reconciliation of monthly payrollTDS Return Filing
SecondaryBasic knowledge about MS Office-especially ExcelGood written and verbal communicationEmail usage-preferably MS OutlookTeam management and allocation of routine workClient management.
