Overview: TheSalesforce Implementation Lead plays a crucial role in leading andmanaging the implementation of Salesforce solutions within theorganization. They are responsible for overseeing the entireimplementation process and ensuring that the Salesforce platformmeets the business needs and requirements.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead and manage theendtoend implementation of Salesforcesolutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders tounderstand business requirements and design customizedsolutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforceto meet specific business needs.
  • Develop andmaintain project plans timelines and documentation for theimplementation process.
  • Provide technicalleadership and guidance to the implementationteam.
  • Conduct data analysis and ensure dataintegrity within Salesforce.
  • Manage usertraining and support to drive adoption of the Salesforceplatform.
  • Integrate Salesforce with othersystems and applications as needed.
  • Ensurecompliance with best practices and standards for Salesforceimplementation.
  • Manage and mitigate risksthroughout the implementation process.
  • Provideregular updates and reports to stakeholders on the implementationprogress.
  • Drive continuous improvement ofprocesses and methodologies for Salesforceimplementation.
  • Participate inpostimplementation reviews and make recommendations foroptimization.
  • Stay updated on Salesforceupdates releases and best practices.
  • Supportand mentor junior members of the implementationteam.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/orSalesforce Developer certification.
  • Provenexperience in leading and managing Salesforce implementationprojects.
  • Strong understanding of SalesforceCRM capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiencyin customizing and configuring Salesforce using declarativefeatures.
  • Experience with data migration andintegration in Salesforce projects.
  • Excellentproject management skills and the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
  • Effectivecommunication and stakeholder managementskills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team ofimplementation professionals.
  • Indepth knowledgeof Salesforce best practices and industrystandards.
  • Ability to adapt to changingbusiness needs and requirements.
  • Experience inconducting user training and driving adoption ofSalesforce.
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Scrummethodologies is a plus.
  • Experience withSalesforce Lightning platform ispreferred.
