Russell and Dawson – An Architecture/Engineering/Construction firm ( – BIM Modeling Services Firm ( – Procurement as a Service Provider ( AORBIS Inc., we are looking for a hands-on leader to join our team as a Procurement Manager who is detail-oriented and very well experienced with entire procurement process including purchase, contracts, and logistics. The ideal applicant must have a proven track record in extensive purchasing and negotiation, with specific experience in dealing with suppliers in China and the USA.
Job Location:
Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)
Shift Timings:
6PM to 3AM-Monday to Friday
Work from office
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role
Proven track record in purchasing and with the entire procurement process (strategy, supplier development and relationship, purchase, contracts, logistics).
Proven ability to develop and implement effective purchasing strategies.
Extensive knowledge of purchasing processes related to China, including firsthand experience in buying and navigating the Chinese market.
Familiarity with USA exports or purchasing, with an understanding of relevant regulations and procedures.
Ability and willingness to travel, especially to China, for business-related purposes.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and articulation skills
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the procurement function.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Go-getter and dynamic personality with the process driven approach.
