Role & responsibilities:

Generate and convert the HL (Home Loan)/ LAP (Loan Against Property) leads into field appointments and convert them into application logins

Manage the end to end process till disbursal.

·        Manage the relationships with Banks / NBFCs

·        Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications

·        Submit loan applications in a timely manner.

·        Respond to applicants, questions and resolve any loan-related issues.

·        Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.

 

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have at least 1 years of Experience in Home loan and Mortgage

  • Experience in loans or finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
