We are looking for a passionate and creative Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our dynamic sports-focused creative team. As an integral member of our Sports Pod , you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling motion graphics and editing engaging videos that bring creative concepts to life. Your expertise will enhance our brand's presence across platforms, ensuring every piece of content resonates with sports fans and drives brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Motion Graphics Design & Video editing
Design and animate high-quality motion graphics tailored to sports themes, aligning with project briefs and brainstormed concepts.
Edit and produce videos with a keen sense of timing, energy, and storytelling.
Experiment with new plugins, tools, and AI-driven solutions to elevate content quality and stay ahead of trends.
Project Collaboration & Brand Custodianship
Work alongside copywriters and client servicing teams during the project development stages to meet deadlines.
Maintain design consistency and brand integrity across all visual elements for the sports pod.
Image Editing & Manipulation
Perform video editing and colour correction to enhance the quality of animations and video content.
Utilize Photoshop for image retouching, compositing, and creating assets for motion graphics.
Research & Innovation
Stay updated with social media trends and explore new design techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
Ideate and contribute to campaigns with innovative designs and animations that captivate sports fans.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing design, with a focus on sports content.
Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and related design tools.
Demonstrated ability to create animations that engage sports fans across digital platforms.
Passion for cricket, with a keen interest in other sports.
Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and formats.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
Good communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Bonus Skills:
Experience working on face morphs or advanced animation techniques.
Knowledge of 3D animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.
Prior experience in sports campaigns or content production.
