Role : CyberArk EPM (Endpoint Privilege Management)

Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

Hybrid Mode Position

Exp : 3-6+ Years

Responsibilities :

- Create, implement, and uphold varied EPM solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.

- Formulate strategies and blueprints for EPM implementation, involving the identification of business needs, selection of suitable EPM technologies, conducting pre-adoption analysis of diverse EPM tools, and collaborating with other IT units.

- Develop, assess, and validate the high-level conceptual framework for EPM solutions.

- Oversee EPM agent deployment, Policy creation such as Advanced Policies, User policies including Just in time Access, Default policies such as Ransomware protection etc., SET configuration, baseline creation & rolling out EPM enterprise wide.

- Institute a continual service enhancement scheme and enhance overall EPM service, concentrating on operational, procedural, and resource effectiveness.

- Offer technical leadership and direction to IT personnel on optimal EPM methodologies.

- Formulate and refine endpoint privilege management procedures and standards.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) tools.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting intricate issues such as EPM agent connectivity related problems etc., comprehension of tuning and available configuration settings.

- Experience in conceptualizing and deploying a new EPM environment or transitioning to a new environment.

- Capability to automate EPM functionalities by utilizing vendor-supplied REST APIs.

- Background in Third Party integrations with EPM like ServiceNow, Active Directory, other directories for MFA & SSO.

- Extensive expertise across core IAM domains such as Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management.

- Proficiency in communicating effectively with globally diverse teams through written correspondence, face-to-face interactions, as well as voice and video communications.

Preferred Qualifications :

- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background and experience in computer science or a related field.

- Experience in designing, developing, modifying, and maintaining EPM solutions such as CyberArk EPM, BeyondTrust EPM, Delinia EPM etc.

- Technical certification in Endpoint Privileged Management tools and/or hands-on experience with tools like CyberArk EPM SaaS/on-prem or any other EPM tools.

- Vendor certification such as CDE-EPM.

- CISSP or equivalent security certifications.
