As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with counterparts in the US, contribute to key business initiatives, and mentor junior designers.


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in leading UX teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience working in a SAAS environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams across different time zones.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with experience overseeing and coaching junior designers.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Proven track record of driving design initiatives and delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and prioritize tasks effectively.


What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with counterparts in the US to drive the design vision and strategy for our products.
  • Lead the expansion of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.
  • Iterate on ideas through prototyping, user testing, and feedback loops to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
  • Support developers through the design handoff process, ensuring accurate implementation of designs and maintaining design integrity.
  • Act as a player-coach, overseeing and mentoring a team of junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering their growth.
  • Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for the importance of design in driving business success.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts and engineers to align on design goals and priorities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes and outputs.
