Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in Pune. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including proposal writing, procurement coordination, and ensuring compliance with bid requirements. Day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing tender documents, preparing bid submissions, communicating with stakeholders, and negotiating contracts.

  • Experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Procurement Processes
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Relevant experience in facility management or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
