Job Description :


Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Automate.

- Develop architectural frameworks and best practices for the effective use of Power Automate within the organization.

- Design scalable and secure automation workflows that integrate with various Microsoft and third-party services.

Implementation and Development :

- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Power Automate solutions.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes, including workflows, data flows, and integration points.

- Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Governance and Best Practices :

- Establish and enforce governance policies to maintain the quality and security of Power Automate solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers and business users.

- Stay updated on the latest Power Automate features and industry trends to continually improve automation practices.

Training and Support :

- Provide training and support to business users and IT staff on using Power Automate.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and integrations.

- Develop and deliver user manuals, training materials, and technical support documentation.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with IT teams, solution architects, and business analysts to integrate Power Automate with other enterprise systems.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing enhancements.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in Power Automate or Microsoft Power Platform are a plus.

Experience :

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably with a focus on automation and workflow solutions.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.

- Strong background in software development, scripting languages, and integration methodologies.

Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

- Proficiency in cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

- Strong understanding of data management, APIs, and integration technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
