Job Title: Marketing & Design Associate Location: Gurgaon Experience Level: 2 Years (Looking for early-career professionals) Reporting to: Lead - Brand Communications & Designing About Winpe Winpe ( is a pioneering not-for-profit platform established to enhance gender diversity within investing and entrepreneurship. We bring together industry-leading PE-VC firms to convert intent into action, creating resources for women to increase their participation as investors and entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Content Social Media Strategy: Support the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance Winpe's and its initiatives' online presence and engagement. This includes planning content calendars, setting goals, and identifying target audiences. Actively manage and grow our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Twitter, , Facebook, Instagram, and others. Ensure that all content aligns with Winpe’s brand and messaging guidelines, considering the platform requirements. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Utilize data insights to optimize content and strategies for improved performance. Social Media Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns, both organic and paid as per the requirement, to promote Winpe's events, initiatives, and partnerships. Trend Monitoring: Keep up with trends and recommend fresh ideas for audience engagement. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather relevant content, share updates, and coordinate social media efforts for joint initiatives. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to guide future strategies. Designing Conceptualize and design visually compelling creatives for digital, print, and event collaterals (social media posts, decks, reports, emailers, brochures, etc). Maintain consistency in brand language and visual identity across platforms. Who You Are A creative individual with a flair for both words and visuals. Hands-on, collaborative, and detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense. Ownership-driven, deadline-focused, efficient multitasker, and a collaborative team player. Qualifications 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media roles. Proficiency in using AI technology and tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and others to create visually appealing content. Excellent writing, ideation and editing skills; experience writing for business audiences is preferred. Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualise and produce compelling social media and other marketing content. Understanding of branding, audience segmentation, and digital analytics. Knowledge of gender diversity and inclusion issues is desirable but not mandatory. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and content streams.
