Description The Company . Knowledge Centre India (KCI) Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Research, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT. Who we are We are part of Digital-IT team established 17 years ago in Gurgaon, India to provide technology support and rollout digital initiatives to 60 plus global offices. Digital IT has six key pillars – Collaboration Technology; Functional Technology; Digital Technology; Security & Architecture; Infrastructure & Services, Digital Success to support business and to take lead on digital transformation initiatives with the total strength of 150+ team members across the globe Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Enrolled in Workday training (Core HCM, Absence, Talent) • Assist in configuring and testing Workday modules based on business requirements. • Create reports and dashboards using Workday Reporting tools. • Provide technical and functional support to users under supervision. • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. • Support Workday releases and updates by testing new features. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 0–1 years of experience working with Workday, preferably in an implementation or support role. • Understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: • Workday certifications (e.g., HCM, Core HR, Reporting) are a plus. • XML, XLST, any programming language, Basic SQL, Rest API • Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations Benefits Benefits which make us unique At EZ, we know that great people are what makes a great firm.
