As part of the AMS (Application Management Services) Siebel-CTMS AMS team is looking for Senior Application cloud Engineer to be part of OHAI AMS in Bangalore/Hyderabad with strong knowledge on Siebel CRM Administrator ( onwards & IP 2017 version or above, Migration Experience, BIP, EDQ. This individual will need to collaborate effectively with internal collaborators and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Qualifications
BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. Graduate degree (././. /./ with aggregate of 60% or above
Passion for engineering and solving very complex engineering problems that delights customers.
Good Knowledge on Siebel CRM and IP and above.
Good knowledge on Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle Enterprise Data Quality.
Knowledge in Oracle RDBMS, any specific application-level language working knowledge is always helpful.
Candidate must have solid understanding of Oracle Database, SQL & BI technology.
Experience in at least one scripting knowledge (Perl, Python, and Unix Shell Scripting
Strong experience in SQL is MUST, database tuning, capacity planning based on the performance of the application is a plus.
Strong & excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to dive in and learn complex systems.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to provide technical and people leadership to the team.
Total 6+ years of experience in IT Operations & Application Support
Prior experience working in DevOps model.
Career Level - IC3
Responsibilities
In-depth knowledge & understanding of Siebel Server Architecture.
Excellent implementation experience in Siebel IP 2017 is Preferred
Siebel 7x/ Certification is a plus.
Experience in setting up environments for Siebel Installation, installing Siebel enterprise server, SSO setup, LDAP configuration setup’s, Repository migration, DDL Sync, Setting up of different Siebel clients (Web client, Remote client, PDA, Wireless).
Should have good hands-on Siebel CRM/OBIEE Integration using SSO authentication.
DevOps Role (Siebel Admin) plus any scripting knowledge is Preferred.
Capable of handling any Siebel server crash and getting back the system to stable condition.
Experience in Database Admin/OBIEE/BIP background.
Basic WebLogic Administration
Hands on experience on Unix / Linux OS including managing / monitoring various processes, overall health of OS / File systems etc.
Knowledge on with IaaC tools like Dockers, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible will be a plus
Awareness and knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
Good knowledge in monitoring the production systems is essential using various tools like Grafana/Prometheus, APM (Application Performance Monitoring of OCI), OCI Log explorer etc to monitor, build alerts
Possess good organizational and communication skills.
Solid understanding of Incidence management and root cause analysis towards problem management is a must
ITIL Certification is preferred.
Experience in working 24*7 (Including Night Shift) shift model to meet the business need to support production systems operations is critical
Able to work independently, manage time and complete tasks within deadlines.
Must have experience working on ticketing tools (Remedy, CX) to manage Cloud operations.
Experience in Backup/Restore, Disaster recovery is required
Have understanding of cloud computing concepts/technologies in the areas of SaaS, IaaS etc like Compute, Storage, Network etc to manage SaaS products
