- Perform backups and data recovery operations.
- Implement and manage virtualization technologies such as VMWare and AWS EC2.
- Provide support for Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Exchange server.
- Experience with Office 365 administration and migrations is a plus.
- Implement and maintain security protocols, such as multi-factor authentication.
- Manage Citrix, SCCM, and other software management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Citrix, SCCM, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with AWS EC2 and Office 365 administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to work in EST Shift (5:30PM-2:30AM).

Knowledge and experience in the following is a must:

- Active Directory - DHCP - DNS - Windows LAPS - Backup (Commvault or other)
- Office 365 Administration - Microsoft Office 365 Defender - Exchange Server
- Office 365 migration - MFA (ADFS or any other IDP) - SCCM - Linux Basic Administration - VMWARE - Citrix - AWS EC2

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years working as an engineer with Windows to include troubleshooting, tuning, upgrading, monitoring and patching.
- 5+ years’ experience with VMware / Microsoft Server related experience; or equivalency.
- 2+ years’ experience with a configuration/deployment management tool (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Wazuh).
- Certifications related to cloud-based and on-premises systems architecture (e.g. RedHat, VMware, AWS, Azure, etc.).

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
