HI We are hiring SAP Security & GRC Consultant Company: Sierra Support Center Pvt Ltd Working Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, TN onsite- 100% Fulltime role Min 12 Yrs + Immediate join Candidates will be preferred Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP , and SAP Cloud Platform security . The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Security roles, authorizations, and governance across on-premise and cloud landscapes, ensuring compliance and risk management through SAP GRC Access Control. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and manage SAP Security roles and authorizations for S/4HANA (RISE environment). Implement and maintain SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM) for user provisioning, risk analysis, and firefighting. Manage user administration and security across SAP Fiori, BTP (Business Technology Platform), and Cloud Integration . Perform security assessments , role redesign, and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis. Support RISE with SAP cloud infrastructure security — identity provisioning, connectivity, and integration with IAS/IPS (Identity Authentication/Provisioning Service). Collaborate with BASIS, Audit, and Functional teams to ensure compliance with ITGC and internal controls. Conduct GRC rule set customization and mitigate SoD conflicts based on business requirements. Develop and maintain security documentation , test scripts, and audit evidence. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and cutover activities ensuring security readiness. Provide support for audit, SOX, and compliance reviews . Required Skills & Experience: 12+ years of SAP Security experience, including at least 2+ years in S/4HANA (RISE with SAP) environments. Strong experience with SAP GRC 12.x (Access Control) – ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM modules. Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) and integration with SAP BTP & S/4HANA Cloud. Experience securing Fiori apps, CDS views, and HANA database roles . Good understanding of SoD concepts, risk remediation, and compliance frameworks . Familiar with RISE with SAP security architecture and connectivity between cloud and on-prem systems. Hands-on experience in security migration , authorization troubleshooting , and role redesign projects . Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to work across functional teams.
