Greetings from TCS TCS is hiring for SAP Security Experience : 7 to 12years Location: Chennai, Kochi Mode of Drive: Virtual Date:3rd Dec 2025(Wednesday) Job Description: Responsibilities Include - Resolve tickets and provide support as per the agreed SLAs. - Manage IT/ access requirements to meet specific needs. - Review and manage service request backlog as needed to ensure all requests are correctly prioritized, scheduled and resolved efficiently. - Engage on any critical customer escalations and ensure customer resolution as well as postmortem analysis to avoid future breakdowns - Host regular reviews with business personnel on status and performance and incorporate their feedback into service delivery - Work with enterprise support groups and cross functional teams to resolve problems or issues - Coordinates through and complies with the change management process whenever required. - Resolves incidents and fulfills requests as needed. - Support hiring process whenever required by assessing the technical competency. - Conduct technical training to fellow Associates / New joiners. - Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned Must-Have - Strong consulting experience in SAP Security - Supporting project implementation for SAP Applications, GRC & IDM - Work independently on standard SAP authorizations tasks. - Support non-SAP Applications Security (Oracle EBS, Salesforce, etc.) - Generate & analyze SAP Error Reports with SU53, ST01, & STAUTHTRACE. - User Administration using SAP Standard t-codes: CUA, ARM or IDM - Experience in a SOX compliant environment. - SAP S/4 HANA & FIORI Security & Authorization knowledge. - Design & support SAP Security for SAP components - SAP R/3, BI/BW, BOBJ, S4 HANA, FIORI, SAC, GRC, MES/MII, CPI, IBP, GRDC, other SAP Cloud applications and multiple non-SAP Applications like Oracle, Salesforce etc. GRC Access Control 12.x. - Administration on Oracle EBS R12 & SOX compliant environment Good-to-Have - Self-starter and excellent communication skills in English - Should be able to work with the SAP BW team on technical issues - Should have experience in working with related workflow tools - The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings - Clear understanding of the industry and competitive trends that impact your role
