Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and supporting the organization’s workforce planning and talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, acting as candidates' main point of contact throughout their journey.- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.- Interview Coordination: Conduct initial assessments and interviews, including walk-in interviews, to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Candidate Database Management: Keep detailed records of candidates, tracking their progress and ensuring the database is up-to-date.- Coordination and Tracking: Ensure all candidates are tracked and kept informed throughout the interview process, managing schedules and feedback loops.- Timely Recruitment: Work within scheduled timelines and budgets, continuously reviewing and optimizing the recruitment process to ensure efficiency.- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a seamless organizational transition.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.- Familiarity with sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
