Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential modern Paan parlours, smoke shops, and modern trade stores for partnership opportunities.

2. Develop and implement partnership strategies to secure product placement with our company branding display in partner stores.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner stores to drive collaboration and mutual growth.

4. Negotiate partnership agreements that are beneficial for both the partner stores and our company.

5. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of products in partner stores and monitor performance.

6. Provide ongoing support and guidance to partner stores to maximize sales, increase margins, and enhance the overall partnership experience.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials to support partnerships.

8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

9. Analize partnership performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

2. Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or marketing roles, preferably in the tobacco industry.

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

4. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding partnership targets.

5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify partnership opportunities and drive successful collaborations.

7. Knowledge of modern Paan parlours, smoke shops, and modern trade stores is a plus.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
