• Prior experience in managing Incidents and Service Requests in an IT infrastructure environment.


• Being part of multiple national and international projects teams requiring adaptation to the

infrastructure


• Confident to interact with the IT Managers, Service Desks and Service Providers in the Region


• Excellent command over written and spoken English (mandatory)


• Sound MS Office knowledge
