Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join our IT

operations team. The role is responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft 365

services, ensuring seamless user experiences, secure collaboration, and efficient

daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Microsoft

365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure Active

Directory) and a proven track record of delivering high-quality end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

User & Identity Management

 Provision, update, and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.

 Optimize license allocation and enforce security controls such as MFA.

 Manage identity lifecycle within Azure Active Directory.

Email & Communication

 Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online.

 Configure distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and email policies.

 Ensure advanced email security and compliance with company policies.

Collaboration Platforms

 Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

 Manage OneDrive with secure file-sharing and data protection policies.

 Integrate Microsoft 365 applications to streamline collaboration.

Device Management (Intune)

 Implement and support MDM and MAM using Intune.

 Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, and remote management.

 Enforce security standards for corporate and BYOD devices.

Daily Operations & Support

 Provide help desk support for Microsoft 365-related issues.

 Support onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.

 Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

 Monitor system health and generate regular reports.

Security & Compliance

 Implement Conditional Access and DLP policies.

 Support compliance monitoring, governance, and regulatory audits (GDPR,

HIPAA, etc.).

 Work with the security team to enforce threat protection and advanced

security controls.

Qualifications & Skills

 3–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support.

 Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and

In tune.

 Hands-on expertise with Azure Active Directory (user lifecycle, MFA, RBAC).

 Familiarity with compliance frameworks and Microsoft 365 security tools.

 PowerShell scripting knowledge for automation and reporting.

 Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Relevant certifications preferred:

o Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

o Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate

o Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹623, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
