IT Support Engineer – Enterprise Projects & Cloud Services
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Experience: 1–2 Years (Relevant experience mandatory)
About the Role:
We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise networks.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in IT support who are eager to work on enterprise-scale projects, with opportunities for continuous learning, certification reimbursement, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of:
– Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
– NAS and server configurations
– Networking and security solutions (firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi management).
- Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise IT systems to ensure high availability.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and support multi-location client environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant, hands-on IT support or system administration experience (freshers will not be considered).
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP) and enterprise-level IT operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a drive for continuous professional growth.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 / Azure Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900)
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate (MS-102)
- Cloud or network certifications are a plus.
