You are responsible for the full, end-to-end execution of all strategies and the delivery of measurable results. Role and responsibilities The Junior Brand Manager will play a crucial role in operationalizing brand strategy and ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints. This role requires exceptional organizational discipline and a proactive approach to project management. Internal Project Coordination & Drive: Project manage all internal marketing projects, guiding creative, content, digital, and influencer teams to make sure campaigns are on schedule, within budget, and aligned with our brand plan. Customer Empathy & Domain Insight: You'll need to genuinely love travel and speak to our customers regularly to embody that empathetic customer view, in how we plan things. Brand Strategy Support: Act as the SPOC for our strategy partners by keeping the brand's position, core values, and communication strong, especially when it comes to customized travel stories. Campaign Execution Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent PYT branding across all online and offline channels. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Keep an eye on how campaigns are doing (KPIs), look at the results, and turn that info into smart suggestions for making better brand investments and using resources in the future. Expectations from the candidate Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of professional experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related function, preferably within the travel industry. Essential Skills & Attributes Ownership and Execution Focus (Critical): Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects, drive deadlines, and push cross-functional work streams forward without continuous oversight. Strategic Implementation & Compliance: The knack for taking a senior team's strategy and executing it with high precision- you're a pro at following the game plan exactly as intended, with no unnecessary detours. Passion for Travel: A demonstrated enthusiasm for travel; candidates who activelyplan and take their own trips are strongly preferred. Organizational Mastery: Exceptional skills in project management, organization, and attention to detail. Analytical Acumen: Comfortable working with marketing data, analyzing campaign performance, and translating numbers into strategic insights. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for both internal coordination and external brand messaging The interview process consists of four rounds: First Round: Assessment by the Talent team.
