Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an HR Recruiter (Freelancing). The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent, managing the hiring process from start to finish, and providing a seamless candidate experience. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases and records.

Qualifications

  • Talent acquisition and interview skills
  • Candidate sourcing and networking skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
