Position: Business Development Intern

Location: Hustle Hub Tech Park, HSR Layout, Bangalore

Internship Duration: 4 Months

Shift Timings: US Shift (Starts at 8:00 PM)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Compensation: Monthly Stipend of 30K + Performance-based Incentive

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellent English Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English.- Previous internship experience in Business Development or Customer Service is a plus.- Experience with international customers is beneficial.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop Training Programs: Create and update training modules for demo sessions to enhance effectiveness.- Train Tutors: Provide training to tutors on presentation skills, engagement techniques, and conversion strategies.- Monitor and Provide Feedback: Observe demo sessions and offer constructive feedback to tutors for continuous improvement.- Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure tutors adhere to a basic checklist during demo sessions to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
