Requirements
• Proven experience in a temporary recruitment agency and especially in the aviation industry• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
• Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practices
