Job Description
    • supervise and manage branch staff.
    • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
    • Ensure team compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
    • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
    • Manage branch cash flow, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash orders.
    • Ensure branch security and safety protocols are adhered to.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and grow the customer base.
    • Monitor and manage the branch's budget, expenses, and profitability.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audit requirements.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, and team management.
  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
    • Proficient in financial analysis and risk management.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
